autodock-Win版2014年最新中文版教程

因我是在原来版本的基础上添加了一些细节包括gpf，dpf文件处理等，建议大家两个版本的教程参考着看 ，原版的个人觉得还是很好的，原版本大家可以在论坛下载，因上传文件大小限制，就不上传原版本了，作为新人编的教程，望各位前辈多多指教，提前谢谢了{:soso_e113:}

此版本Autodock教程采用最新的Autodock软件包：
MGLTools1.5.6
Autodock 4.2
不需要安装cywin，直接安装MGLTools1.5.6。
安装MGLTools1.5.6之前需要安装Python2.5及以上版本。

新手一枚。请问在ADT中run autogrid时log filename 那一栏总是空着的，然后gpf文件那一栏是run autogrid后默认有的，但是browse之后还是找不到，明明上一步保存了gpf文件的，从文件夹里可以看到保存的这个文件就是不显示文件扩展名，想请教下到底是哪里出了问题o(╯□╰)o

这是怎么回事呢？我用linux系统能做出来，win系统就出现这种结果，即使autodock4能运行，但分析的时候也会出现一大片错误

楼主，我安装MGL时，每次都是出现安装界面，然后加载到4%就显示“apphangb1”“python停止工作”，我尝试了安装不同版本的python都是一样的问题，搜索网上的改注册表信息都不行，但是MGL里CADD和vision1.5.6又能打开，不知道您知不知道解决办法？我现在只能用chimera里的vina对接，但是我还是想安装上ADT，多谢了

大佬，我是win7,64位，安装MGL时加载到4%左右就卡住了，提示python app clash，我换了不同版本的python，2.5, 3.6，试过好多，还是安装不了，最后用的vina，请问您遇到过这种问题吗
