按照附件中操作，安装后修改路径，我也遇到unable to create log file in tempory directory这个问题。尝试了大家说的各种路径，都不行。最后恢复到默认的C：/tmp，其他也都是默认，不是楼主附件中贴图中那么修改。之后，软件才能用。希望下一个遇到问题的人能看到这个解决办法。
另外，autodock对接结果，我是将蛋白配体复合物保存到一起了,保存为pdbqt。。也ligplot也出结果了。 ydianlove 发表于 2014-12-9 10:35

嗯，如狼哥说的，同样的文件夹，放在Linux下也能用。只要安装了JAVA平台就行。记得改程序路径即可 谢谢楼主分享 To 墨竹晓风.现有一PDB文件，里面有对接的配体（自己对接上去的），这在DSV3.5下可以看到的。 但是在ligplus通过open---browse打开后，显示无配体。为什么会出现这种情况？这如何处理啊？还有ligplus 还有java都装载c:/program files文件夹里面的。但是每次运行的时候，都出现unable to create log file in tempory directory。 但是路径都按教程重新设过的啊。英文帮助看了半天，也没弄清楚。所以来请教 浙医-中药筛选 发表于 2012-11-4 17:29 static/image/common/back.gif

把TMP文件夹的设置改在非C盘所在的地方即可！
