有没有做sybyl的大神啊？我做的comfa和comsia的q2很小，还有负值，要调哪里才能提高q2，降低SEE什么的？谢谢了~

1) re-align molecules according to different common scaffold.
2) change different training and test set.
3) optimize your molecular conformers.
4) retry it again and again
5) write a code (spl) to iterate your operation.
