大家好,我想做一些DNA在graphene substrate上的模拟, 软件用的gromacs,force field用的martini, 我用matlab创建的系统的.gro文件,itp文件,top文件,参数设置如下:

当我运行时,系统没有报错,但是也没有运行结果出来,我看了下log文件,里面的最后一段是
