autodock-Win版2014年最新中文版教程
本帖最后由 未央尊 于 2014-1-9 11:11 编辑因我是在原来版本的基础上添加了一些细节包括gpf，dpf文件处理等，建议大家两个版本的教程参考着看 ，原版的个人觉得还是很好的，原版本大家可以在论坛下载，因上传文件大小限制，就不上传原版本了，作为新人编的教程，望各位前辈多多指教，提前谢谢了{:soso_e113:}
此版本Autodock教程采用最新的Autodock软件包：
MGLTools1.5.6
Autodock 4.2
不需要安装cywin，直接安装MGLTools1.5.6。
安装MGLTools1.5.6之前需要安装Python2.5及以上版本。 新手一枚。请问在ADT中run autogrid时log filename 那一栏总是空着的，然后gpf文件那一栏是run autogrid后默认有的，但是browse之后还是找不到，明明上一步保存了gpf文件的，从文件夹里可以看到保存的这个文件就是不显示文件扩展名，想请教下到底是哪里出了问题o(╯□╰)o
ps:win7，软件按照帖子上的教程安装的 Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Feb 21 2008, 13:11:45) on win32

添加的细节在于，安装时关于盘的处理，还有运算autogrid autodock，以及关于dpf和gpf的处理，还有在怎么设置不可扭转键的具体操作 大爱。。。。我发誓我一定要把AUTODOCK学好，不然对不起论坛里和群里这个好朋友们的帮助。。。。:P 能问一下autodock怎么在win7下安装吗？？ 看帖前要先顶！{:soso_e179:}
