autogirid之后出现WARNING: I just prevented an attempt to take the arccosi...

       使用Autodock计算格子时，run ---runautogirid之后就会出现附图这样的提示。虽然也能继续计算下去，但是想请问大家，为什么每次都出现这样的警告提示（图中红框处）呢？
      
       autogrid4: WARNING: I just prevented an attempt to take the arccosine of 1.000000, a value greater than 1.

As to specifically why it was printed in your case, I can only hypothesize that there may be non-standard bond lengths or disorder in the oxygen's neighboring atoms which were used to calculate the lone pair plane...
意思就是你的氧原子相邻的原子可能有问题，或者有不合理的键长~~

首先，非常感谢你的建议。我在的校园网最近打不开谷歌。以后能打开我会尽量尝试搜索的。
再次，虽然官网上面的这个相同问题的解答，只解释了原因却没有提出解决方法。但是我在官网上搜索我在autodock中遇到的另一个问题时，按照上面的解决方法，一并把我这两个问题都解决了。
