抗肿瘤药物分子设计领域最热门的靶点是蛋白激酶抑制剂，尤其是小分子抑制剂，这里我推荐本书--Kinase Drug Discovery (2012)。这本书介绍了激酶抑制剂当前的进展情况、抑制剂发现的策略，并列举了当前最热门的几个靶点。 还有一个网上流传的药物化学相关书籍的推荐清单：
