Autodock对接作用力分析？

文章中用到Autodock小分子与蛋白作用模式图，审稿人提问：How do the authors know that ligands bound to these enzymes by hydrophobic effect and van der waals forces?
请问autodock中哪些参数，或者什么图模式可以回复审稿人的这个问题？

疏水相互作用和范得华作用不是在autodock中有的，可以用ligplus+作图体现。但你只给出了审稿人提问的一句话，我也不清楚他的意图是什么。
