windows VMD无法开启python解释器

按照user guide 里面的说明：在控制台输入gopython
然后出现这些：
Info) Running the python interpreter is not supported in tkcon.
Info) You have to use the real text mode console.

从这个提示来看，是说不python的界面交互不支持tkcon，你只能使用文本界面进行处理。同时 gopython是用于python编译的VMD，才有这个命令。

你是想安装IED然后用vmd看pca结果吗？

安装python2.3, 应该就可以了。记住一定是2.3哦
