gromacs中do_dssp

dsspcmbi,或是在网上下载的dssp-2.x都提醒版本不对，但是它说的2.1以后的版本都可以把

我的错误提示是

Fatal error:
Failed to execute command: Try specifying your dssp version with the -ver option.

把你下载的程序，改名为dssp，放在/usr/local/bin目录下。如果不放在这个目录，你就得自己设置环境变量DSSP

试一下sudo chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/dssp改dssp的执行权限
