Reverse RBCG model back to all atom
大家好！我用coarse-graining MD 模拟了一个生物分子体系，现在想把模拟后的CG模型还原为全原子结构，使用VMD中的Reverse RBCG model back to all atom模块。 但是结果提示错误：vecsub: two vectors don't have the same size. 请问有没有人遇到类似的问题？该如何解决？谢谢！
